| Hi, actually my neighbor wanted a personal loan of rs 1 lac. He wants to improve his existing house. He is above 18, his take home is 3-3.5k/month, his father's is 5k and his mother's is 2k plus he gets rent of 1500 from his tenant. His mother doesn't get salary slip for her salary but he and his father gets.He wants a time period of 2-3 yrs for repayment.So please suggest me a good loan scheme for him at low interest rate ASAP. He stays in Bangalore near Airport rd area and please also let me know the documents required. | |
