| I had taken a personal loan from citifinancial in the year 2003 that was given to me against my bike loan the amount of personal was 20,000 which i did not pay coz they recovered my bike any one of the executive from citifinance told me i that i can discontinue paying the emi of the personal loan which i did but today i have started getting calls from citifinance saying that they will go legal if i donot pay them the amount of rs.70,000 with interest and they wll send me to jail.Please help me with some solution can they really send me to jail.Please help im too scared.Please reply to my query asap. | |

| If you have written proof that Citifinancial waived off yuor dues then you will be able to file a case against them for harassment. However if you do not have such proof than we are afraid there is no go but for you to talk to them and try and arrive at a settlement. Either ways insist on a written settlement offer before you make payment on any such matter. | |
