Date : Jan 15, 2008 Question Hi, I have 2 PL's for 1.50lac each. one is at 22% emi 5806 for 3yrs paid emi's 7. another is at 18% emi 5790 for 3yra paid emi's 6. Can I club both these emi's from one bank and ask for a top up. Would the emi and the ROI be lower. Would topping up give me any monetary benefit ? Answer yes you can club both the loans and ask for a top up loan. you will have to negotiate the interest rate with the bank. it may or may not be lower.
