Answer Assuming you have no other liability based on your income you can get a personal loan for Rs 1-1.5 lakh for 5 years. the interest rate will depend on your income, payment track record and employer profile. You can club the income of your spouse or some other earning member of youe family to enhance the loan amount. Alternately you can take a loan against securities such as shares, mutual funds, LIC policies, National Savings Certificate, jewellery for the balance amount. typically secured loans have a lower interest rate and longer tenure compared to personal loan. |
