Indian Bank cuts deposit rates by 175 basis points

Indian Bank has cut interest rates on fixed deposits for 181 to 375 days by 175 basis points to 7% from 8.75% earlier. This is the steepest interest rate cut among banks which have been cutting deposit rates due to easy liquidity in the market in the last month or so.
