IDBI Bank from now

Industrial Development Bank of India has changed its name to IDBI Bank from today.

In this regard the bank has received the fresh certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra.

The bank had also received its shareholders approval through postal ballot for the name change.
