Sunway Opus Grand, residential township in Hyderabad

Sunway Opus International Private Limited, a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) formed by Sunway City Berhad of Malaysia and Hyderabad-based property developer Opus Developers is coming up with a residential township to be called Sunway Opus Grand in Hyderabad.

This project with an estimated cost of Rs. 1,680 crore is coming up at Ameenpur near Bolarum.

The project will consist of 14 towers comprising 2,700 apartments each with a built-up area of between 1,200 Sq. Ft.  and 1,800 Sq. Ft.  The project is said to have 80 per cent open space and a floating club house in the centre of a man-made lake.
