State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur cuts floating home loan interest

State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur has announced a 50 basis points reduction on floating home loan interest rates; compared to the existing rates.

The existing interest rates are: 10.25% for home loan up to 5 years, 11.25% for loans from 5-20 years.

With the new rate cuts which are part of the festive offer, the floating home loan rates for various tenors are: 10.25 per cent for home loans below 5 years, 10.75% for loans from 5-20 years.

The fixed home loan rate has been left unchanged at 12.75% for home loan tenure of up to 10 years.
