Property Show in Gujrat from February 15

The Gujarat Institute of Housing and Estate Developers (GIHED) will have a three-day property show from February 15-17, 2008, showcasing around 1,000 properties. The realty developers are expecting deals worth Rs 1000 crore, for both commercial and residential properties. 

Last year, the show wrapped up deals amounting to Rs 450 crore. 

70 per cent of the deals at the show are expected to be signed for properties in Ahmedabad and surrounding areas. Real estate developers like Unitech, DLF, Raheja, Reliance and Hiranandani will participate in the show. 

Apart from the 1,500 participating developers, the show could see around 3,000 developers from Gujarat and outside.
