Peninsula to expand in Pune, Nashik and Goa

Realty developer, Peninsula Land Ltd (PLL), an Ashok Piramal Group company, plans to develop a township in Nashik soon. According to sources, PLL has purchased 90 acres of land along Gangapur Road (near Sula Wines) in Nashik, where its will develop a 19-acre township.

Besides the projects in Nashik, which are a part of its expansion plans, it also plans to develop projects in Goa and Pune — one spread over 170 acres to develop Biotechnology Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Goa and another plot of 30 acres in Pune to develop a gems and jewellery SEZ.
