IVR Prime to develop residential project in Hyderabad

IVR Prime Urban Developers Limited (IVR Prime) is set to develop high-rise residential apartments spread over 9.2 acres at Kukatpally in Hyderabad.

The project's estimated value is Rs. 386-crore and comprises a built-up area of 1.32 million Sq. Ft. and a parking area for 1200 cars.

This Hyderabad based firm will also develop projects in Vishakapatnam at Vedurvada, located near the Vizag Steel Plant.

The project called Misty Woods is spread over 130 acres and has an estimated cost of Rs. 300-crore.

This real-estate firm also has another project coming up at Bangalore. Named Thyme Park, this Rs. 100-crore project comprises 490 flats in eight buildings with 727 car parks.
