CHB to build 2,500 houses in New Raipur

Chhattisgarh Housing Board (CHB) is planning to build about 2500 houses of different types at the proposed site of the new capital. The board will invest Rs 3,000 crore for this first housing project in Naya Raipur.

The board is working on finalizing the prices of the different models of houses. The houses are priced between Rs 2.5 lakh to Rs 30 lakh. The board will construct 400 separate houses in the area to rehabilitate the people of Rakhi Village. Construction work would take off by this October. The project is aimed to be completed within two years.
