HDFC's Parekh says home loan rates have peaked

Housing Development Corporation Ltd. (HDFC) Chairman, Deepak Parekh has said that home loan rates may have peaked. He says that interest rates are linked to inflation which is moving towards moderation.
This means that if inflation can be contained, then interest rates could come under control.
