DHFL set up London office, retail loans to NRIs

Dewan Housing Finance Company (DHFL) is set to open its branch office in London to sell loans to non-resident Indians (NRIs) who plan buy properties in India. 

DHFL also has a branch in Dubai, tied up with UAE Sponsorship Centre LLC, part of NMC Group to sell retail loan products such as home loans and home improvement loans to NRIs in UAE to buy residential properties in India. 

DHFL expects to disburse loans of up to Rs 100 crore in international operations.
