Renaissance, new satellite township by Shrachi Burdwan Developers in WB

A new satellite township, to be called 'Renaissance' will be developed by Kolkata based realty developers- Shrachi Burdwan Developers Pvt Ltd.

This township which is spread over 256 acres will have residential, retail, administrative, health-care and educational complexes.

The phase 1 of the township is expected to be completed by 2010 which will accommodate over 40,000 people.
