BSE launches Realty Index for real estate stocks

| The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) has launched a real estate index which includes 11 companies. The recently listed DLF Ltd has the highest weightage of 35.9 per cent in the index, followed by Unitech Ltd, which has a weightage of 31.6 per cent. Other real estate firms in the index are Indiabulls Real Estate, Parsvnath Developers, Ansal Properties & Infrastructure, Mahindra Gesco, Sobha Developers, Anant Raj Industries, Phoenix Mills, Peninsula Land and Akruti Nirman. |
