IGNOU facilitates exam fee payment using credit cards

From September 1, 2007 onwards, the students of
Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) will be able to submit their
examination fee using a
credit
card of any bank with VISA and Mastercard
facilities. IGNOU has also signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Axis Bank (formerly known as UTI Bank) where students can deposit their fees without any additional commission. About three lakh students who are appearing for various course exams will benefit from these services. For more
