DCB tied with ICICI Bank for credit card business

Development Credit Bank (DCB) plans to enter into credit card business. It has tied up with ICICI Bank to foray into credit card business. Here ICICI Bank will lend all the expertise in terms of skills, reach and infrastructure and DCB will be providing the customer base. DCB has a customer base of five-lakh.

As per reported by Business Line Mr Gautam Vir, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Development Credit Bank, said "The credit card market in India is currently under-penetrated and the growth in this segment is expected to be high."
