Tata's likely to roll out new MUV by year-end

Tata Motors is likely to unveil its new multi utility vehicles (MUV), designed by a German engineering company; IAV GmbH (Ingenieurgesellschaft Auto und Verkehr) by the year endsaid media reports.

The new MUV will ride alongside Sumo, the Tata Motors warhorse that has been roaring down the streets for over a decade.

These cars are likely to hit the market before the Rs 1 lakh car rolls out of the Singur factory in July 2008. Tata Motors will also start distributing two cars from the Fiat stable Grande Punto and Linea Sedan.
