Kawasaki to tap global market with Bajaj auto vendors

Kawasaki Motors plans to tap Bajaj Auto’s vendors
for putting together its high-end motorcycles for the global market. In return,
it will give Bajaj design and engineering support for building high-end complex
engines. Although Kawasaki has been Bajaj’s technology partner for a long time, the two had ruled out joint manufacturing of Kawasaki motorcycles in India. Hideki Kikuchi, the chief of design and R&D in Kawasaki Heavy Industries had also announced that something big will be announced shortly in collaboration with Bajaj. |
