Hero Honda set to launch 150 cc Hunk

Hero Honda is set to launch a motorcycle model, Hunk- a competitor to Bajaj Auto’s 200 cc Avenger.

According to company sources, the ‘Hunk’ as the model is named, will be an all-back model having a 150 cc engine.

It may also have the Honda CBR 125 type headlamps, twin discs, split seats and an analog yellow speedo.

Even though the total motorcycle sales have slipped by 15.2% this quarter, the premium segment has been witnessing a steady growth. Big bikes sales has zipped ahead by almost 11%.
