| I have a personal loans and credit cards which has a total outstanding for upto 9lakhs. I am unable to pay them since they are all in different interest rates and my salary is just Rs. 25000. I have no dependants and i could afford all my salary to loans but this is way too much to afford. since i couldnt make few payments due to my financial conidtions, i have been put into the defaulters list. How do i rectify this issue? Please help. | |

You cannot remove your name from CIBIL, even after you make your payments on time. You records remain with CIBIL for 7 years, in the mean time it is very unlikely that you get a loan. In order not to further damage your creditworthiness make sure that you make you payments on time and avoid cheque bounce.
