| Dear Sir, I purchased a house in Ghansoli with a reputed builder from Vashi. Registration and all formalities are completed and we have to pay only 84500 which we paid and asked for possession letter. Now the Builder is saying that he want to pay sales tax to the government and also the builder association is fighting a case against the government and insisting us to give the bank Guarantee and he is refusing to give the possession letter until we give a bank Guarantee of 1.33 Laks. Please Advice what is our stand in this case??? | |
