| Dear Sir, I am purchasing a Flat in Pune without any Loan. Ths is a resale flat. I don't need NOC for registration and any other official purposes and there is no outstanding dues of my seller to the builder or society. The society is not officially formed though the maintenance is being taken by the society. Builder is asking a hefty 1L (cash) for NOC which I have to pay in case I need that. Please advise me if I need that NOC at all for future. I am confused as I am a student and dont have any idea of NOC. My seller is suggesting me not to pay the huge amount, if I had opted for Loan then I would need NOC, but as my father is paying for the flat I dont need NOC at all. I need your valuable suggestion on this. please advice. Regards, Surajit. | |
