March 1960, the bank became an associate of the State Bank of India (SBI). SBI
holds 92.33% of its shares. The bank's shares are listed in the Bangalore, Chennai, and
Mumbai stock exchanges.

since its inception.

branch and 7 service branches, offering a wide range of services to customers.
