Bank of Punjab is a new generation private
sector bank offering a wide spectrum of retail, small and medium enterprises (SME),

Centurion Bank of Punjab was formed by the
merger of Centurion Bank and Bank of Punjab, both of which had strong retail
franchises in their respective markets. Centurion Bank had a well-managed and
growing retail assets business, including leadership positions in two-wheeler
loans and commercial vehicle loans, and a strong capital base.
