| Dear Sir, I am planning to buy a MHADA property in the western suburb of Mumbai. But which ever property I looked at; are all asking 30% to 50% black. It is not possible to have a such a transaction without a loan. How shall a bank help me in this. In addtion I have also been told many banks refuse loan for MHADA property. Please help | |

| You can get a home loan if your income can justify the same. The loan eligibility will be calculated on the basis of your income and the value of the property. It is not advisable to take any unaccounted money as you may be prosecuted under tax laws. You can calculate then loan eligibility on the 'home loan eligibility calculator'.
