I have bought a DDA Flat in New Delhi. The flat is registered in my wife's name. The home loan is in my name. Am i eligible to claim the tax benefits (Pricipal repayment and interest repayment)?

A home loan co-borrower who is not a co-owner cannot claim tax deduction benefits on a home loan. You can try and claim tax deduction benefits on a home loan under section 64. Know more about home loans on www.apnaloan.com.
