Question

I have availed a home loan from South Indian Bank (SIB) around 3 years back from Bangalore. The reason i chose this bank was, to build a house in a Panchayat land (i.e. Non BDA and Non BBMP), only they came forward. Now our house has come in the BBMP juridiction. Also the SIB is not reducing their rate of interest, even when other banks are reducing. Hence i decided to approach other banks for home loan takeover. The banks i have in mind are, ICICI HDFC AXIS IDBI SBI wont take over the loan as it is not in BDA juridiction and for BBMP it must be regularised (Sakrama) I would like to know which private bank mentioned is worth counting for on a long run. The current interest rates are mentioned in (www.apnaloan.com/home-loan-india/rates.html). Want to confirm whether these are the actual ones on ground.
