| Hi , I am applying for a educational loan for my MBA and the loan application requires me to produce a asset statement for me. I have some shares of a blue chip company in DMAT account , which I was show as my assets. But when I presented my DMAT account statement , I was told that this statement does not have the value of the shares. I asked bank and they told me that they are not sure whether they can provide dmat statement and mention value of the shares. Please can you help who or where I should approach to get such statement...? any ideas or path direction will be great .. thanks krishan | |

| If the shares are quoted you can prepare a small spread-sheet yourself, going into details of the shares held by you, the date of quotation, the exchange BSE or NSE and the resultant value. That should be sufficient for the bank. Know more about education loans on www.apnaloan.com. | |
