| I have passed my BE and got admitted in a US university.I wish to take a loan of amount 48,000 for two years of my study,though this is the amount on my form i know i wont be needing this whole amount. Now i had house which i wish to mortgage its value as estimated by the valuer is 45 lacs and we had taken a loan of 6 lacs on the same.My father is in a govt service. with annual salary of 4.5 lacs .I had a younger sister and my mother is a housewife. The home loan is from State bank of India only.And i want to avail educational loan from the same bank.The problem is the bank especially the field officer to sanction the loan on the basis of my academics .My acads are as follows:- 10th-81%,12th-58%,BE-66%( 2 backlogs but they were cleared in the next attempt).I wish to ask thta why the bank is denying the loan when last year one of my college senior had been sanctioned a loan frm SBI while he passed BE in 7 long years.Even i had | |
