I was among the SCB Defaulter's list and there after I have taken help from Banking Ombusdan on 24/08/2007 and they have interven in the matter and instruct the SCB to reverse my outstanding ( which were unlawful ) and to remove my name from the defaulter's list. SCB has send me letter of regret stating that they have " reverse my disputed outstanding as well as has remove my name from Dafulter's List " in Oct 2007. I am not getting new credit card / credit faciliyties from the Bank . Now what to do as I am not getting any new credit facilities ?

You should ask for your credit report from the bank that has refused to provide you a new credit card/credit facility. You should again file a written complain to SCB that they have not acted on their own letter. If your issue is not addressed you should approach the Banking Ombudsman.
