| Dear Sir On 29th may 07 I received SMS from ICICI Bank that I did two transaction on that day from two different jewelers, I disputed those transactions and written a letter to retrieve my charge slips, I received the credit card charge slips and bills of the merchant on 31ST Dec 07, but the signature on the credit card charge slips are not mine, its fraudulent transactions. Pls let me know how to go about it. Since May 07, I,m paying minimum balance amount to the bank, it took seven months to retrieve my charge slips, I,m afraid how long it will take to solve this problem. pls help me out. | |

| Kindly raise a formal dispute and get an acknowledgment of it. If the bank does not rule in your favor despite your not incurred the charges, you should immediately complain to the banking ombudsman having jurisdiction over your area. Details are available on www.bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in | |
