| HI MY QUERRY IS AS I HAVE ALREADY PAID MY HALF THE OUTSTANDING AMNT ON my card & the collection dept told me if u do full & final setttlement,you cannot to apply the card furher as your name is going to come in cibil 7 no other institution would provide you loan .my outstading amnt on my card is at present 20000 the limit given by the bank is 14000 which i had already made a payment in 2parts as the int kept on risisin on my card the amnt has come upto 20000 as they have already put my name in cibil so pls let me know how solve this issue whether i have to pay 20000 outstanding in 1 shot as i have alredy paid intrest more than myprincipal amnt so pls let me know rgds mr.naik. | |

| It is always advisable to pay off the full dues of the bank along with all the penal interest. The reason is that at leastt if you make the full payment now you will be able to explain the genuinity of the reasons why the default happened and have some chances of getting loans or credit card at decent terms in future. | |
