| Dear Sir, I was paying my CC bills on time but due to my financial problem i become the defaulter ,Currently i Had Left the rented residence and even the Job place Thus recovery guys are not able reach me.Currently I had joined a different Campany but my Salary account is from same bank. Can bank legally Auto debit to my salary a/c ? or what will legal charges from bank on me if i dont pay my dues ? My total due is 90000k after interest ,which i had payed since one year , I am a middle class person and want to pay this money but not have financial back up, Please Suggest me my future steps | |

| The bank has a legal right to adjust all dues outstanding to it against any other balance that may be lying with it and due to the same consumer. Legally speaking they do not have to consult you before making such an adjustment.
