| hello sir, my query is very critical , actually my father took a cc limit against property in the year 1999 for his buissness and in 2004 we winded up our buisness and last year only he expired in 2006 at that time the outstanding amount was rs 12 lakh as now only me and my mother are the only survivors and presently i am studying we both do not have any shelter a part from this mortgaged property and now the bank is demanding there left amount to be repaid as early as possible now our condition is also not very strong to repay the said amount . how to get relief from this problem is it true that they will attach our property and put it on auction what to do pls give me some advice | |
