| I applied for a loan over phone in January 2007 for Rs. 26, 000 with SBI cards. The loan was sanctioned but I did not receive the draft. I promptly called SBI to cancel the cheque and the loan as I had made other arrangements. I also asked SBI to send me any proof to confirm that I have received the amount to clear all the doubts. I have been paying installments of my card and my EMI diligently till now on getting an assurance from Mr Ajay Bharti AVP, customer service that the matter would be resolved soon. SBI gave me a temporary credit for the amount but have also promptly debited the amount on the same day 30/03/07.I want to have the refund for the EMIs to be credited to me so that I can pay off the account and close it. I have also being charged a government service tax on loan amount never received by me. | |
