| sir my sister has a citibank mtv card there was a problem of the bill some times it never used to come so when ever it happend v called them and they used to reissu them but every time v used to get int+late payment fee on it so i called the bank on november ask them to remove all the int+late payments they told me to make the payment first then they will remove it so out of 52000 she made a payment of 40000 on dec after that she has not got the bill from jan 2007 she just got a bill on april 13 and the bill say the due date was 8th april ok the shopping she has done is around 2500 to 3500 but the bill is of 18000 they have added all the int + late payment for the past 3 month's what should i do sir i called them again and they have asked me to make the payment and then they will revert it. | |
