| I have 2 Citibank credit cards. Recently, they offered me loan on the basis of my credit card for Rs. 1, 02, 000. I plan to surrender a credit card and clear the outstanding of the other. The bank says that I can't surrender 1 card as both are clubbed. I have paid the outstanding on both the cards. I want to surrender a card. Help! | |

| You can cancel both the cards and apply for another card as you have cleared the dues. | |
