| I have an HSBC credit card. I have been a regular user of the card and have paid all the past dues regularly. However the past payments have got delayed at times, owing to their statements either reaching the correspondence address late or not reaching at all. This time HSBC credit card customer care is not reversing finance charges saying that I am a regular late payer. What should I do. Please help. | |

To revise the financial charges purely depends on banks. We will advice you to pay your due before the due date which will help you to make your payment record better. And a good payment track record enhances your creditworthiness. So in future you will never face an issue in getting credit facility from any bank. To know more click on credit report. |
