I have a serious issue with the Deutsche bank credit cards division. I was not getting my monthly statements properly; I made a call to customer care in The month of May-2007 and got the outstanding amount of 10,000/- which was made as per my statement generated on 12th April-2007. I have intimated them about the non receipt of the credit card statements and I have requested them to cancel my late payment charges

Kindly make a complaint on a bank's website. If you do not receive a satisfactory/any response within 2-3 weeks, please approach the Banking Ombudsman. The details are available on www.bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in
