Date : Nov 28, 2008 Question I am holding ABN amro credit card. I opted easy pay option for my bill of Rs.11800. that they have given it as EMI of Rs.788 per month for 18 months. With that condition only I opted that EMI. after that bank is charging Rs.823 as EMi which is higher than mutualyy agreed. Regarding this I have given so many complaits to bank. I also told that if it the EMI is Rs.823, I will pay the full amount without interest(as its not my mistake). but they are not agreed. so I have not paid the amt for 3 months and during this time I have communicated to bank for resolution.(upto nodal officer). But they only deducted the late fee and finance charges and kept the same EMI of Rs.823. and they have given 500 special bonus for thier compensation of thier bad services. Even I have not agreed with that EMI I paid according to that EMI(823) to avoid unnecessary things and still fighting for justice with the bank. Now they are making more worse of the problem and putting more late fees even I paid within the due date(This month). Every time I used to complaint, then their reversal late fee is became common in these days. and they are also disturbed and tortured my life with their collection agents. I asked compensation of 2 lacs for their torture for no reason. How to take action on this bank. Please guide me regarding this problem. Answer Kindly make a complaint on a bank's website.
