| Sir,I have applied for a SBI credit card and it was refused.When i have asked for the reason, i was informed that my case was not approved because of business decision.They have also said that 'that our business decision was taken in good faith and is in no way indicative of your credit worthiness'.They are refusing to inform me anything beyond this ie actual reason for refusal.How do i know the reason for refusal,because the reason stated by SBI cards seems to be not convincing. | |

You are well within your rights to ask the bank why your
application for credit card has been rejected. If banks do not provide you
satisfactory reply, please approach the Banking Ombudsman. Details are
available on www.bankingombudsmanrbi.org.in. |
