| Dear Sir, I had used Barclays credit card for paying my tution fees and had made the payment 6 days before the due date via online payment system of ICICI Bank unaware of the fact that at that time Barclay's didnt used to accept online transactions. After my due date was over, I recieved an sms from Barclays stating that my payment was overdue and only after that the money was credited back into my account. I immediately paid the principal amount & lodged a complain with the bank, they reversed the interest but not the late payment charges. I have tried calling them up several times that they should reverse the late payment fees as well but to no avail. After that I stopped making any calls to Barclays and started ignoring their calls which wherein they continue to ask me as to why I havent paid my dues.
