| I have applied for Car loan of 200000Rs in ICICI bank, i have ICICI account and credit card also using for more than 2-3 years. Loan is approx. pre-approved. but ICICI manager saw my name listed in CIBIL. he's saying its not a big amount only 70000Rs loan. I dont know where and how it comes from. I have never taken any loan. This was first time i applied. now i am more concerned about name listed in CIBIL. Please suggest me how can i inquiry why and from where this name comes. Can i directly contact CIBIL, they will tell me or what's the procedure if i want to make settlement with whatever firm is responsible for this? Suggest me please. | |

| You can ask for your credit report from ICICI bank or CIBIL. This right is given to you by Credit Information Companies Regulation Act, 2005.
