| Sir., I have taken a home loan in HDFC in the year 2003 under floating interest, In 2006 I paid some conversion charges to the bank to keep my EMI & tenure the same., but the bank didn't credited the conversion fee in my A/c, when I enquired they said it has been credited, Now my question is how to understand really the amount has been credited or not, what are all the formalities the bank has to do., Any suggestions please?? | |
