| hi i have two credit cards, two personal loans and a savings account with ICICI. one of the cards used by me was not paid for 4 months as i did not recieve a statement. a recovery agent met me and threatened me. he then got my statements on a charge of 150 rupees. i paid some money a week back and now icici has debited a lot of money from my savings account. i m very unhappy and dont want to deal with the bank. plz advise as i want to default on other accounts too to vent my anger. until now i have never defaulted even once. | |

| Kindly don't default or go for a settlement pay the entire outstanding amount of your credit card.If you default then Your default stays on the credit bureau's record for 7 years so you will always face an issue in getting a loan even after clearing off your default. Then the best you can hope for is that the proposed lender will listen to your side of the story and may consider granting the loan if he is convinced about the genuinely of the reasons why the default happened and the fact that you actually cleared all of it. | |
