Date : Feb 27, 2008 Question i have received a letter from the bank stating that i have an emi overdue on my personal loan....they also mentioned that i had taken the loan 6 months back and have the payments on time....... I had applied for a personal loan 6 months back....but had later on rejected it ( at the time of the verification).........i have never rec any cheque from them please advice how to handle this Answer make a compliant on the banks website, wait for a reply upto two weeks. if you dont receive a response from the bank then complain on the banking ombudsman website on www.bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in |
