| hi,once the full payments are made to the credit card or personal loan issuing bank,without any settlement, how long does it take to get your name cleared from CIBIL? As i want to apply for a home loan in future, I want my name to be removed from CIBIL.what is the procedure? Pls guide | |
| Answer :- | |
| Your name gets listed in the defaulters list if you default or make a settlement with the bank. If you have done either of the two then you cannot remove your name from the defaulters list. You records will remain with CIBIL for 7 years. | |
