In case of problem, how to contact the concerned banks and get your problems addressed quickly and efficiently

• Use the internet. Go to the lender's website and launch an official complaint on the section reserved for this purpose. RBI requires all lenders to have this section on their website so make use of it.
• If your issue is not resolved to your satisfaction in 15-20 days of making the complaint you should lodge an official complaint with the Banking ombudsman appointed by the RBI. For a list of banking ombudsman please visit www.rbi.org.in
